Our commitment
As project members, contributors, leaders, we guarantee that everyone involved in this community will be free from harassment, regardless of age, size, physical condition, ethnicity, sexuality, gender identity and expression, level of experience, education, social Status, nationality, appearance, race, religion and sexual orientation.
We are committed to building an open, friendly, diverse, inclusive and healthy community environment.
Our code
Behaviors that help promote a positive environment in this community include, but are not limited to:
- Be kind to others, Consider others by yourself
- Respect different claims, perspectives and experiences
- Actively raise and patiently accept helpful criticism
- In the face of mistakes, take responsibility, apologize earnestly, and learn from it
- Pay attention to the common demands of the community, rather than selfish interests
Misconduct includes, but is not limited to:
- Post sexual remarks or images, and any form of wooing or seduction
- Provocative behavior, insulting or derogatory remarks, personal and political attacks
- Public or private harassment
- Publish other people’s information without express authorization, such as addresses, email addresses, etc.
- Other misconduct that can reasonably be regarded as a violation of professional ethics
Obligation to implement
It is the responsibility of the community leader to interpret what constitutes “appropriate behavior” and to appropriately and fairly identify and deal with inappropriate, threatening, offensive and harmful behavior in accordance with this guideline.
Community leaders have the right and obligation to delete, edit, and reject contributions that violate this convention, such as comments, commits, code, wiki edits, and issues. If necessary, the reasons for taking the action shall be communicated.
Scope of application
This standard of conduct applies to all settings in the community and to individuals who represent the community in other settings.
Representing the Community includes, but is not limited to, using official email and social media platforms, and participating in online or offline events as a designated representative.
Implement
In case of abuse, harassment or other misconduct, please report it to the Disciplinary Inspection Committee. The Disciplinary Committee will promptly review and investigate all complaints.
All community leaders are obliged to keep the whistleblower’s information confidential.
Guidelines
Community leaders will judge and deal with disciplinary violations according to the following plans:
Urge
Community Impact:Inappropriate language, unethical behavior, or unpopularity in the community.
Handling opinion:The community leader will give a non-public written warning, clarifying the reasons for the violation and explaining how the behavior is inappropriate. A public apology may be required.
Warn
Community Impact:One or more incidents of disciplinary violations.
Handling opinions:warn the consequences of continuing to violate discipline, the violator is prohibited from interacting with the parties within a certain period of time, and shall not communicate with the community enforcers without authorization. The ban covers all contacts inside and outside the community, including social networks. Violations may result in ban or even expulsion.
Ban
Community Impact:Serious disciplinary violations, including repeated teaching.
Handling opinion:The violator is prohibited from any communication or public communication with the community within a certain period of time, any public or private communication with the parties concerned, and shall not communicate with the community enforcers without authorization. Violations may result in dismissal.
Fired
Community Impact:Typical disciplinary offenses, such as indecisiveness, harassment of a person, hostility or demeaning of a group.
Handling opinion:Indefinitely prohibit all public exchanges between the violator and the project community.
